It does not own or operate aircraft, does not exercise operational control of aircraft, and does not own or operate yachts. Air service is performed by properly licensed direct air carriers. Yacht charters are performed by the relevant owner or manager, and yacht purchases and sales are coordinated through appropriately licensed brokerage counterparties where required.
