Clear terms. Clear role.
Website and role
This website provides general information about Oltremare’s independent brokerage and advisory services. Website content is not an offer, guarantee of availability, binding quotation, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or a representation that any particular aircraft, yacht, operator, owner or provider is available.
Oltremare acts as an independent air charter broker and as a coordinator for yachting, acquisition and journey-support mandates. It is not a direct air carrier and does not own, operate or exercise operational control over aircraft. Flights are performed by the contracted properly licensed direct air carrier under that carrier’s operational control and applicable terms. Yacht charters are performed by the relevant owner, manager or contracting provider under the applicable charter agreement. Yacht purchases and sales are coordinated through appropriately licensed brokerage counterparties where required by the relevant jurisdiction.
Availability and transaction documents
Aircraft, yacht, itinerary, pricing, taxes, fees, positioning, crew, slots, permits, availability and other details remain subject to confirmation. Images and descriptions on this website are illustrative unless a specific proposal states otherwise.
Any charter, acquisition or other mandate is governed by the proposal, brokerage or advisory engagement, charter agreement, purchase documentation, operator or owner terms, cancellation provisions and other documents accepted for that transaction. Those documents prevail over general website content.
Fees and payment
Air charter carries a fixed Oltremare management fee of 10% of the operating carrier’s price, shown separately on the proposal. Superyacht charter carries no separate Oltremare fee payable by the charter client; brokerage is paid by the owner from the charter fee under the applicable charter arrangement. Ashore coordination and acquisition/advisory mandates are quoted in writing before work begins. Oltremare does not operate a client deposit fund or escrow facility of its own.
Independent third parties
Third-party services may be introduced or coordinated for convenience. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, those providers remain independent and are responsible for their own services, licences, insurance, personnel and performance.
Website use and intellectual property
Users should provide accurate information and must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material, interfere with site operation, or use Oltremare branding or content in a misleading manner.
Website materials, design, copy and brand elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No licence to reproduce or commercially exploit them is granted merely by accessing the website.
