01Does Oltremare operate aircraft?
No. Oltremare is an air charter broker, not the direct air carrier and not in operational control.
02What does Oltremare charge for air charter?
A fixed management fee of 10% of the operating carrier’s price, shown separately on the proposal.
03Does the client pay Oltremare a yacht-charter fee?
No separate client-side Oltremare fee is added. Yacht-charter brokerage is paid by the owner from the charter fee under the applicable charter arrangement.
04Does Oltremare own yachts?
No. Yacht charters are performed by the owner, management company or other contracting counterparty.
05Does Oltremare hold client money?
Oltremare does not operate a deposit fund or escrow facility of its own. Settlement follows the applicable transaction documents.
06Is displayed inventory guaranteed?
No. Representative types and imagery are illustrative; availability is confirmed case by case.
