Maldives: the yacht is part of the geography
Atoll-to-atoll movement can make the yacht itself the center of the trip rather than simply accommodation offshore. The brief should account for tender use, water-sports priorities, diving, guest mobility and whether a resort stay is part of the journey.
Seychelles: distance changes the rhythm
The islands create a different cruising pattern. Yacht speed, range, sea conditions and the balance between time underway and time at anchor deserve more attention than a generic seven-day itinerary suggests.
Long-haul aviation belongs in the plan
For many guests, the journey begins with a long international sector. Cabin rest, baggage, arrival time and the final transfer to the yacht should be considered together so the first charter day is not lost to poor sequencing.
